The ABIA CSDP is an Agency of the state government established by law number 2 of 2009 and its amendment, the ABIA-CSDP law number 2 of 2009. The project is one of the development projects in the World Bank portfolio and aims at;
The project adopts the Community Driven Development Approach (CDD) which empowers communities to; Choose, plan, part-finance, implement, monitor and maintain sustainable, socially inclusive multi-sectorial micro projects. That is allowing the communities to drive the process while the Agency plays the role of a moderator.
The main Project Developmental Objective (PDO) of CSDP is to sustainably increase access of poor people to social and natural resource infrastructure services.

FUNDABLE (ELIGIBLE) MICRO-PROJECTS IN COMMUNITY DRIVEN INVESTMENT (CDI)
EDUCATION: Construction and rehabilitation of primary and secondary schools, dormitory blocks and classrooms, staff quarters, laboratories and libraries.
TRANSPORT: Feeder roads: construction and rehabilitation of culverts, bridges, drifts and stock routes
WATER : Construction and rehabilitation of
SOCIAL ECONOMIC: Construction, rehabilitation, equipment of

To benefit from Vulnerable Group Investment (VGI) on social infrastructure supported by CSDP, the Group shall be sensitized to come up with their needs in the following intervention areas for support:
