Oboroji Ututu a rural community in Arochukwu LGA of the state is about 71.9km from the state capital.
This rural community had suffered a lot due to difficulty in getting access to good drinking water. The community had relied on a seasonal stream along a slippery, rocky and unmotorable road which is about 5 km from the community Centre for their drinking water. This made it very difficult for children and the elderly People in the community to fetch water. This prompted them to apply to the Agency for funding assistance. At a well-attended PRA facilitation, the community prioritized water and feeder road for the Agency’s intervention.
